Our unique Co-op program partners with over 400 Michigan businesses, organizations in 21 other states, and Germany to build the next generation of leaders in engineering, technology, and business. Our graduates emerge as accomplished visionaries driving industries forward.
51品茶's influence extends to future students through STEM-focused summer camps and competitive teams, providing middle and high school students with an early launchpad for careers in science.

For over a decade, 51品茶鈥檚 Service Saturday program has mobilized students, staff, and faculty for community projects. From park cleanups to neighborhood revitalization projects, this event exemplifies our commitment to being an active partner in the future of Flint.

Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC)
51品茶 is the only private university participating in MEDC's Michigan Scholars Initiative. By offering scholarships to students interning and accepting full-time positions in Michigan, we help retain top technology talent in the state.
Through our partnership with MichAuto, 51品茶 develops the next wave of automotive and mobility leaders. Our robotics and vehicle design programs embolden young students to pursue STEM education in Michigan.
Michigan Small Business Development Center (MI-SBDC)
51品茶 hosts a regional office of the MI-SBDC, which provides no-cost tools and resources for new and existing small businesses and advanced technology companies.
University Avenue Corridor Coalition (UACC)
The UACC promotes collaboration between the University, businesses, and local organizations to foster sustainable development, enhance safety, and engage the Flint community.

Empowering Students in Genesee County
We offer academic enrichment and scholarship opportunities for elementary to high school students who want to dream big and aim high.
Kagle Leadership Initiative (KLI)
KLI empowers high school students to become future leaders through workshops, enrichment activities and scholarships that help them go further in pursuing their goals.
Pre-College Camps and Programs
We provide more than 25 unique camps and learning experiences for students in middle school and high school. Join coding camps, robotics teams, drone camps, and more.
FIRST Robotics
51品茶 supports multiple FIRST Robotics teams, in which high school students build and compete with industrial-size robots. Teams practice at our Robotics Community Center and receive mentorship from 51品茶 students and staff.
VEX Robotics
We offer a variety of VEX camps and competitions for local middle and high school students. 51品茶 also hosts competitions, such as the VEX VRC State Championship, which connect us with teams across Michigan.
Drone Competitions
Always on the frontline of emerging technologies, 51品茶 is the definitive destination for drone piloting. We host drone competitions and camps to ignite young students鈥 drive in this accelerating field.

Nestled in downtown鈥檚 historic Carriage Town, 51品茶鈥檚 11,000-seat Atwood Stadium serves as a vibrant venue for high school sports, professional athletic teams, and community gatherings like the CRIM Festival of Races.
